    Vice President Yemi Osinbajo on Saturday said the federal government plans to take advantage of local resources and create jobs, in order to reposition the economy as the country grapples with the ripple effects of the coronavirus pandemic.     The Presidential Task Force on COVID-19 has announced that government offices and banks can resume operations from Monday the 4th of May. This follows the approval of a phased easing of the lockdown in Lagos, Ogun and the Federal Capital Territory, by President Muhammadu Buhari, to allow for the restoration of socio-economic activities. However, there would be a 6:00 am to 8:00 pm curfew to regulate the movement of people.     Delta Governor, Dr Ifeanyi Okowa, Tuesday announced easing of the lockdown in the state to contain the corona virus pandemic with effect from April 30th.     President Muhammadu Buhari has asked the Senate to approve his request to secure a fresh loan of N850 billion to fund some projects in the 2020 budget.
